OK, here is what will happen now that you have registered. After you've gone through it once you'll be a pro!
Confirmation
We will confirm your scheduled session with you the day before you are scheduled to prepare your meals. At this time
we are not requiring pre-payment or a deposit. BUT please remember, we are
purchasing and preparing the ingredients specifically for what you have chosen in advance, and if you don't show up
we are stuck! If an emergency comes up, we understand and can prepare your meals for you at an additional cost. Thanks!
Arrival Time
Arrive at our location a few minutes early if you can - to wash your hands, look around, and get oriented. If you're a
few minutes late it is not a problem - you'll catch up.
Materials Needed
In order to get your delicious meals home, we ask that you a cooler or laundary basket to put them in
for transport.
Materials Provided
We will provide all of the labels and informational sheets for the meals you have chosen in your session packet.
Day of the Session
When you arrive, we'll have some short instructions. Once you are ready, choose an available meal station and begin.
The recipe will be clearly posted. Read through it once and then get started! All of the measuring items you'll be
needing are with their ingredient. Gloves and aprons will be provided so you don't get too messy - just relax
and have fun!
Each recipe should take about 10 minutes. When you are done with the recipe, cover your dish and proceed back to your
storage center. Drop off your completed dinner, pick up a new pan and proceed to the next meal on your choice list.
Repeat until all your dinners are done!
NOTE: if you have chosen a half session (6-8 dishes), you will not necessarily complete your rotation in half the time.
It may mean that you have a little more wait time between stations.
Once you're finished, you just pay - cash, checks or credit cards (Visa or Mastercard) - and you'll be done!
Take the dinners home to your freezer! You can keep a few of the dinners in your fridge if you'll be heating them up in
the next few days. Most dinners are not "ready to eat". They must be heated thoroughly to 165 degrees or frozen for later
heating.
